Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a Territory Development Supervisor to lead sales operations and drive business growth within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate has strong FMCG sales experience, excellent people management skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales and distribution targets.

The role requires directing sales routes, optimizing itineraries, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment with marketing programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years of extensive sales experience, preferably in FMCG or beverage.
• Experience in sales distribution, customer service, and sales management.
• Experience in the returnable glass beverage business is an advantage.
• Knowledge of sales processes, market territory management, product categories, competitor profiling, and sales analytics.
• Strong skills in people management, analytical reasoning, decision-making, presentation, and communication.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Professional Driver’s License with Restriction Codes 2 and 3.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales and performance targets.
• Plan and execute sales and business development strategies for the assigned territory.
• Develop and optimize sales routes and itineraries based on business objectives.
• Monitor sales performance, distribution, and territory coverage, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure effective execution of marketing and promotional programs.
• Conduct route rides, account validation, transaction verification, and field monitoring.
• Review sales reports and ensure accuracy and timely submission.
• Apply effective sales management and territory development strategies to maximize business results.
