Wellmade Manufacturing Corp. is seeking a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead a regional team in the Philippines. You will drive volume, revenue and distribution targets while developing your sales force.

You will manage distributor relationships, implement territory strategies, monitor performance and ensure market execution of promotions and standards. Travel within the territory and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in FMCG.
• At least 1 year in supervisory or team leadership role.
• Experience handling distributors and general trade accounts.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• With valid driver's license.
