Job summary

Philsearch Consulting, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an experienced sales leader with 7–12 years in sales and at least 3 years in management, to drive a multi-channel distribution strategy across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

You will partner with distributors, manage key accounts, coach a sales team, forecast demand, monitor inventory, and optimize pricing and promotions. FMCG background in stationery, consumer goods preferred; willingness to travel is essential.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of sales experience; at least 3 years in a sales management/team leadership role.
• Background in stationery, office/school supplies, toys, books, art & craft, consumer goods, household products, or consumer electronics/accessories is preferred
• Experience in consumer-product distribution and multi-channel sales
• Strong exposure to Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, distributors/dealers, and Key Accounts
• Experience handling retail chains
• Good understanding of NCR and provincial markets across the Philippines
• Experienced in territory management, sales team coaching, joint customer visits, forecasting, inventory, sell-in/sell-out, pricing, margins, promotions, and receivables
• Strong Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills, with the ability to turn sales data into actionable plans
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable working in an SME/distributor environment
• Willing to travel regularly across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao
• Experience in FMCG is welcome, particularly for candidates who can adapt to the dynamics of stationery and consumer-product distribution, including large SKU assortments, seasonal Back-to-School demand, slower-moving products, merchandising, specialist dealers, product demonstrations, and new-product launches
