Job summary

Private Advertiser in North Luzon seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales operations and drive volume, distribution, and revenue growth. You will develop strategies for route selling, manage distributors and trade partners, and optimize market coverage through effective leadership and field execution.

The role requires 5–8 years in FMCG or related fields, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel across North Luzon to grow parts of the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food, consumer goods, or distribution.
• Solid experience in route selling / route-to-market sales operations and General Trade.
• Proven experience managing distributors, wholesalers, dealers, and field sales teams.
• Strong understanding of territory management, distribution, outlet coverage, merchandising, and trade execution.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and growing territories.
• Strong leadership, coaching, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to undertake frequent field travel across North Luzon.
• Experience handling a large or multi-area territory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales operations across North Luzon territories.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet volume, revenue, distribution targets.
• Drive route-to-market and route selling to ensure market coverage and productivity.
• Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, wholesalers, and trade partners.
• Implement sales plans, trade promotions, merchandising and distribution programs.
• Monitor performance, territory productivity and market execution.
• Identify opportunities to expand distribution and market share.
• Lead, coach and develop sales teams for strong field execution.
• Conduct field visits and market checks to assess activities and opportunities.
• Ensure inventory availability across territories.
