• Ensure inventory accuracy, timely deliveries, and proper stock management.
• Enforce compliance with SOPs, company policies, and audit requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales and support team.
• Ensure proper slotting, onboarding, and capability building.
• Create a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture.
• Manage distributor relationships and key customer accounts.
• Address issues on pricing, supply, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company in meetings, activities, and external engagements.
• Provide timely reports, forecasts, and business updates.
