Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 3+ years of sales experience in FMCG (consumer goods, food, beverage or related industry).
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Experience handling distributors and general trade accounts.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• With valid driver's license.

• Achieve sales volume, revenue and distribution targets in your territory.
• Lead, coach and develop your sales team to be high-performing and motivated.
• Manage distributor relationships and ensure excellent execution in the market.
