Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Consumer Goods / key account customer management in FMCG.
• Strong drive to achieve results.
• Leadership and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Analytical ability and understanding of shoppers/categories.
• Strong field execution and customer/trade understanding.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure within tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Monitors sales and distribution performance; drives continuous improvement.
• Engages customers to build our brands through selling and negotiation.
• Regularly visits stores to identify areas of improvement.
• Collaborates cross-functionally on commercial strategies based on shopper/category insights.
• Leads 18-month rolling joint business plans at the SKu level, aligning with customer objectives.
• Monitors 5P activity compliance with agreements and tracks interim performance.
• Collects external environment data during promotions.
• Performs post-evaluation analyses and applies learnings to future strategy.
