Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Consumer Goods / Customer Management of key accounts in FMCG.
• Demonstrated drive to achieve results.
• Strong leadership and team-working skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; persuasive and clear.
• Strong analytical abilities and data interpretation.
• Business-savvy with deep understanding of field execution and customer trade.
• Ability to work well under pressure and within limited time frames.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Monitors sales and distribution performance and drives continuous improvement.
• Engages customers to build brands through alignment, selling and negotiation.
• Regularly visits stores to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver commercial strategies based on shopper insights.
• Develops 18-month rolling joint business plans at CP/SKU level with win-win objectives.
• Monitors 5P execution against agreements and tracks performance.
• Collects external environment data during promotions.
• Conducts post-evaluation analyses and explains variances.
• Derives insights from evaluations to inform future customer strategy.
