TGServices, Inc. is seeking a capable Operations Supervisor to oversee on-site staff and deployed drivers, ensuring grooming, hygiene, and service standards while administering HR processes.
You will manage schedules, training, and compliance, compile reports for fleet management and clients, and support billing, deployment, and field operations. A driver’s license and willingness to fieldwork are preferred.
Must have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
At least 3 years of supervisory experience in Operations.
Background in IFM, hotels, healthcare, and other service industries is an advantage.
Competencies
Strong communication and presentation/reporting skills.
Ability to prepare accurate reports and recommendations.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google applications and other relevant computer skills.

On-site Supervision & HR Administration:
Oversee daily performance, grooming, hygiene, and service standards of staff and deployed drivers.
Manage schedules, orientation, training, and mandatory procedures (e.g., APE, Drug Tests, swab/trade tests).
Handle HR and administrative documentation, including NTEs, Disciplinary Actions, Exit Clearances, MRFs, payslips, IDs, and monthly DTR encoding for payroll.
Maintain ISO compliance documentation, memo postings, and office supply management/replenishment.
Operations & Management Reporting:
Report directly to the Fleet Management Head on fleet status, vehicle deployment, client/employee concerns, and incident/accident updates.
Maintain real-time operational updates via Viber/Operations group chats (attendance, daily activities, ESH).
Prepare and present updates for the Monthly General Assembly.
Billing & Financial Oversight:
Prepare and submit client billing statements, resolve discrepancies, retrieve missing Vehicle Trip Tickets (VTTs), and assist with collections.
Manage and report on the revolving fund; track auto shop sales invoices for vehicle repair histories.
Client Management & Liaison:
Prepare deployment schedules and testing lists for drivers (onsite, swab tests, trade tests).
Serve as a point of contact for external communications and updates sent to clients.
