Job summary

InspiringPG, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Operations Supervisor to lead the development and implementation of standardized fleet management across multiple locations. You will work closely with regional administrative teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure compliant, cost-efficient operations.

The role focuses on policy creation, process improvement, and robust reporting on utilization, maintenance, fuel, and costs. Travel may be required for domestic assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fleet operations and policy development.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, compliance, and cost-control.
• Ability to coordinate with regional teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, implement, and continuously improve fleet management policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Establish standardized fleet processes to ensure consistency, operational efficiency, and compliance across all regions.
• Monitor fleet operations, including vehicle utilization, availability, maintenance, fuel management, and cost control.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support the development and implementation of fleet-related systems, controls, and reporting processes.
• Coordinate with regional Administrative teams to ensure consistent implementation of fleet policies and processes.
• Work closely with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to support effective fleet operations.
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and regional teams.
• Monitor vendor performance and escalate operational concerns when necessary.
• Ensure fleet operations comply with company policies, applicable regulations, and operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation.
• Prepare regular reports and updates on fleet performance, utilization, costs, maintenance, and other key metrics.
• Identify potential operational risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Travel domestically on short business trips, when required.
• Perform other related duties as may reasonably be assigned by the immediate superior.
