Job summary

J&T Cargo Philippines is seeking a Fleet Operations Supervisor to oversee daily fleet operations, monitor vehicle utilization, and coordinate driver scheduling to ensure efficient transportation services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–3 years in fleet or logistics supervision, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage incidents and drive productivity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, transportation, business administration, engineering, or related field.
1–3 years in fleet, logistics, transportation, or operations supervision.
Strong knowledge of fleet management and vehicle maintenance processes.
Experience handling accident claims, repairs, and vehicle coordination is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily fleet operations and ensure vehicles are operating efficiently.
Monitor vehicle utilization, dispatching, and driver scheduling.
Ensure preventive maintenance and repairs are conducted on time.
Handle vehicle-related incidents, accident reports, and insurance coordination.
Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and operational costs.
Ensure drivers comply with company policies, road safety regulations, and procedures.
Coordinate with suppliers, repair shops, and external service providers.
Maintain accurate fleet records, maintenance logs, and reports.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
Address operational issues and provide immediate solutions to minimize downtime.
Monitor driver performance, attendance, and behavior.
Assist in improving fleet efficiency and productivity.
