Job summary

Jadeblue Petroleum Inc. in Metro Manila, Philippines, seeks a Fleet Manager to oversee our fleet of fuel delivery trucks and service vehicles, ensuring safety, maintenance, regulatory compliance, and availability for timely operations.

You will coordinate with Logistics, Operations, and drivers, monitor dispatches and GPS tracking, manage preventive maintenance, and control costs while upholding safety standards across petroleum transport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in fleet, transportation, logistics, or delivery operations.
• Experience with fuel tankers or hazardous-material transportation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, GPS/fleet tracking, and transportation operations.
• Strong knowledge of fleet safety and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and fleet monitoring tools.
• Willing to work on-call and respond to urgent vehicle or delivery concerns.

About the role

Responsible for managing and overseeing the company's fleet of fuel delivery trucks and service vehicles. Ensures that vehicles are safe, properly maintained, compliant with regulations, and available for efficient fuel delivery and other business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the company's fuel delivery and service vehicle fleet
• Monitor vehicle dispatch, routes, delivery schedules, and truck availability
• Coordinate with Logistics, Operations, drivers, and service stations to ensure timely fuel deliveries
• Monitor truck movements, GPS tracking, ETAs, and actual delivery times
• Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and scheduled for preventive maintenance
• Monitor vehicle repairs, breakdowns, maintenance costs, and downtimeEnsure trucks have complete and updated registration, permits, insurance, and required documents
• Implement and monitor vehicle safety standards and company driving policies
• Conduct regular inspection of trucks and ensure compliance with petroleum transportation and safety requirements
• Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, repair costs, and other fleet-related expenses

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in fleet, transportation, logistics, or delivery operations
• Experience managing fuel tankers, petroleum delivery trucks, or hazardous-material transportation is an advantage
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, GPS/fleet tracking systems, and transportation operations
• Strong knowledge of fleet safety and regulatory compliance
• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and fleet monitoring/reporting tools
