The Fuel Supervisor is responsible for monitoring fuel inventory, fuel consumption, and fuel issuance for company vehicles and equipment. The role ensures accurate fuel records, proper fuel control, and efficient fuel operations while preventing losses and discrepancies.
Monitor daily fuel inventory and consumption
Check and reconcile fuel stock and fuel transactions
Oversee fuel receiving and dispensing for company vehicles and equipment
Ensure proper fuel recording and documentation
Monitor fuel usage and investigate discrepancies or unusual consumption
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
Supervise and guide fuel attendants or assigned personnel
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fuel reports
Coordinate with Operations, Fleet, Maintenance, and Procurement regarding fuel requirements
Support the implementation of fuel monitoring and control procedures
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred
At least 5 years of experience in fuel management, fleet operations, logistics, inventory, or a related field
Supervisory experience is an advantage
Knowledgeable in fuel inventory, monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting
Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/monitoring systems
Familiar with fuel safety procedures and proper handling of fuel
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Willing to work in a fast-paced logistics/fleet environment
