About the Role
Join Asia Brewery as a Fleet Coordinator and become a key player in our fleet operations and maintenance program. In this hands-on role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for fleet technical support and requirements across our Sales Development and Logistics team. You'll implement fleet policies, manage operational expenses, conduct quality audits, and ensure our vehicle fleet operates safely and cost-effective. Key Responsibilities
Fleet Operations & Customer Service
- Act as primary customer service representative for Sales Development and Logistics, providing technical support and addressing fleet requirements
- Manage and control Fleet OPEX including Repairs & Maintenance and Fuel & Oil expenses
- Evaluate, review, and endorse maintenance and service requests through email and FMS portal systems
Quality Assurance & Auditing
- Perform on-site audits and inspections of service provider work and sales office fleet units
- Verify quality of installed parts and ensure compliance with approved requests
- Evaluate performance, function, and capability of Logistics Supervisors and Fleet Mechanics
Fleet Policy & Maintenance Programs
- Implement Fleet Policies and Maintenance Programs to promote cost-effective and safe operations
- Manage inventory of fleet assets with accurate tracking and record-keeping
- Provide technical analysis and recommendations for fleet optimization
Training & Safety Education
- Facilitate and conduct training sessions on basic vehicle troubleshooting
- Educate vehicle users on road safety and defensive driving practices
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure execution and compliance with company policies and guidelines
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for all fleet operations
We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or similar discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the transport industry or fleet operations
- Proven hands-on experience in fleet management or related roles
Core Knowledge & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance, utilization, replacement, and disposal processes
- Experience in vehicle pricing, specifications, and purchasing practices
- Negotiating skills and experience in auto mechanics
- Experience creating and establishing fleet policies and procedures
Essential Skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
