Asia Brewery Incorporated in Pasig is seeking a Fleet and Commercial Assets Manager to lead our vehicle fleet and asset portfolio across General Trade and Modern Trade. You will plan, organize, and manage fleet operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, CPA, and at least five years in fleet and assets management with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, CPA, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of fleet and commercial assets management experience.
• Experience as Assistant Manager or Manager in fleet/asset roles.
• Strong knowledge of vehicles, automotive systems, and civil works.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet operations planning and asset portfolio management.
• Manage CAPEX and OPEX for fleet and facilities.
• Lead safety, compliance, and quality assurance programs.
• Mentor Facilities Engineers and Fleet Coordinators.
• Review repairs, maintenance, and fuel consumption expenses.
