Job summary

Asia Brewery Incorporated is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to lead fleet operations, maintenance, and safety initiatives at Kapitolyo, Pasig City. You will be the primary technical support contact for Sales Development and Logistics, implementing fleet policies and controlling maintenance expenses.

You will conduct on-site audits, review vendor work, and provide recommendations to optimize fleet performance while ensuring compliance with company standards and road-safety education for users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or similar discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the transport industry or fleet operations.
• Hands-on experience in fleet management or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer service representative for Sales Development and Logistics, providing technical support and addressing fleet requirements.
• Manage and control Fleet OPEX including Repairs & Maintenance and Fuel & Oil expenses.
• Evaluate, review, and endorse maintenance and service requests through email and FMS portal systems.
• Perform on-site audits and inspections of service provider work and fleet units.
• Verify quality of installed parts and ensure compliance with approved requests.
• Evaluate performance, function, and capability of Logistics Supervisors and Fleet Mechanics.
• Implement Fleet Policies and Maintenance Programs to promote cost-effective and safe operations.
• Manage inventory of fleet assets with accurate tracking and record-keeping.
• Provide technical analysis and recommendations for fleet optimization.
• Facilitate and conduct training sessions on basic vehicle troubleshooting.
• Educate vehicle users on road safety and defensive driving practices.
• Ensure execution and compliance with company policies and guidelines.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation for all fleet operations.
