Responsibilities

• Supervise logistics, warehouse, and transportation operations across assigned regions to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and stock availability to meet average day requirements.
• Plan, implement, and oversee storage and transportation of goods across the supply chain.
• Organize warehouse operations, label goods, and enforce Good Warehouse Practice (GWP) standards.
• Manage inventory control, centralize product storage, and ensure safety protocols across facilities.
• Oversee inbound, outbound, and third‑party coordination for deliveries and returns.
• Train staff and support quality assurance programs and process improvements.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure efficient administrative and operational tasks.
• Generate and submit reports (DSIR, Inventory Control Orders, RPM, Aging Reports).
• Team with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Manufacturing on regulatory matters and stock balancing.

About the Role

Join Asia Brewery as a Regional Logistic Assistant Manager and lead our warehouse and logistics operations across assigned regions. In this strategic role, you'll work as a deputy to our Warehouse Manager, overseeing customer service excellence while managing inventory, transportation, and warehousing operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring optimal sales performance through streamlined logistics and maintaining a smooth operational environment across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Operations Oversight

• Supervise logistics, warehouse, and transportation operations across assigned regions to ensure exceptional customer service

• Maintain optimal inventory levels and flow, ensuring stock availability meets average day requirements

• Plan, implement, and oversee effective storage and transportation of goods throughout the supply chain

Warehouse Management & Compliance

• Organize warehouse operations, label goods, and implement Good Warehouse Practice (GWP) standards

• Manage inventory control, centralize product storage, and maintain safety protocols across all facilities

• Oversee delivery and collection management including inbound, outbound, and third-party provider coordination

Team Leadership & Development

• Train and educate staff while assisting in quality assurance programs and strategic process improvements

• Address operational issues and concerns in a timely manner with sound decision-making

• Collaborate with managers and departments to ensure efficient administrative and operational tasks

Reporting & Performance Management

• Generate and submit timely reports (DSIR, Inventory Control Orders, RPM, Aging Reports)

• Monitor fleet management systems and improve processes while maintaining compliance

• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across warehouse and sales operations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Sales, Marketing, TMG, and other departments to manage near-expiry SKUs and stock balancing

• Coordinate with R&D, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams on regulatory and compliance matters

• Manage bad orders and ensure proper documentation and disposal procedures

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Logistics/Supply Chain, or a related field

• With at least 5 years of experience in Operations & Management

• With experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager specializing in Sales Logistics and Warehouse operations

• Proven track record in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations
