Responsibilities

• Monitor Driver and Helper Attendance.
• Monitoring fleet status via phone call and GPS.
• Maintaining records, history of served deliveries.
• Allocate drivers and trucks for delivery and check itineraries in Loading sequence.
• Report cases of problems of delivery units during loading as well as truck breakdown.
• Ensure that the driver and helper are properly informed of delivery schedules.
• Responsible to execute planned truck allocation to dispatch.
