K84 Construction and Development Corporation in Manila seeks a Fleet and Logistics Supervisor to oversee the motor pool, plan transport of materials, and supervise drivers. You will monitor maintenance, routes, costs, and safety compliance.
Ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in logistics or related field, with proven logistics or fleet supervision experience, strong leadership, reporting skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Supervise daily operations of the motor pool and company drivers
Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and in good running condition
Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and mileage
Schedule preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs
Maintain updated records of vehicle registration, insurance, and permits
Plan and coordinate transportation of materials, equipment, and personnel
Ensure timely delivery and dispatch of goods to project sites or clients
Optimize routes and scheduling to reduce cost and improve efficiency
Coordinate with warehouse and project teams for delivery requirements
Assign drivers and monitor attendance, performance, and discipline
Ensure drivers follow company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations
Conduct regular toolbox meetings or safety briefings
Evaluate driver performance and recommend training if needed
Maintain logs of vehicle usage, trip tickets, fuel issuance, and repairs
Prepare regular reports on fleet status, costs, and logistics performance
Monitor and control transportation-related expenses
Ensure compliance with government regulations and company safety standards
Investigate accidents or vehicle incidents and prepare reports
Implement safety programs and preventive measures
Monitor tools, spare parts, and fuel inventory
Ensure proper issuance and control of motor pool supplies
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in logistics, fleet, or motor pool supervision
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transport operations
Good leadership and supervisory skills
Proficient in MS Office and reporting systems
