YTO EXPRESS is seeking a Fleet Asset Coordinator to maintain accurate records of fleet assets, monitor assignments, and assist with registration and tagging of new assets.
You will oversee asset condition, maintenance tracking, and re-conciliate records, coordinating with branches, drivers, and mechanics; you will generate regular reports and support disposal in line with company policy.
Maintain accurate and updated records of fleet assets, including vehicles, motorcycles, and related equipment.
Monitor asset assignments, transfers, movements, and current locations.
Assist in the registration, tagging, and documentation of newly acquired fleet assets.
Monitor vehicle and fleet asset condition, utilization, and operational status.
Coordinate with branches, drivers, mechanics, and concerned departments regarding fleet asset concerns.
Monitor preventive maintenance schedules, repairs, and service records.
Conduct regular physical inventory and inspection of fleet assets.
Reconcile physical fleet assets against records and investigate discrepancies.
Track vehicle registration, insurance, permits, and other required documents.
Prepare reports on fleet asset inventory, movement, utilization, maintenance, and status.
Assist in documenting damaged, lost, transferred, disposed, or retired fleet assets.
Support asset disposal and replacement processes in accordance with company policies.
Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of fleet asset documents and records.
Assist in implementing company policies and procedures on fleet asset management.
Perform other duties related to fleet and asset management as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in asset management, fleet management, inventory control, logistics, or a related role is preferred.
Fresh graduates may be considered.
Knowledge of asset tracking, inventory reconciliation, and documentation is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to maintain accurate records and handle multiple tasks.
Willing to conduct physical inventory and field inspections.
