Job summary

PAN ASIA HR CONSULTING PH INC. seeks a skilled Fixed Assets Accountant to manage asset records, depreciation, and transfers in a manufacturing environment.

You will work with the FA team to ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS across Manila, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to support CAPEX processes. The role requires strong SAP ECC6 FA expertise, extensive FA experience, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience in Fixed assets in manufacturing.
• SAP ECC6 FA module proficiency.
• Excellent grasp of FA Accounting under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficiency in Excel and automation tools.
• Excellent communication for cross-functional partnership.

Responsibilities

• Record assets based on approved CAPEX investments budget, in proper cost center, proper assets clarification.
• Ensure adjustments on Purchase Price Allocation align with US GAAP push-down entries.
• Record depreciation consistently (US GAAP and Local GAAP).
• Support and record fixed assets transfers correctly and timely (US GAAP and Local GAAP).

About the role

Works with the fixed assets team to ensure proper accounting of fixed assets in Manila, Japan, China consistent with Corporate Accounting Policy.

Key responsibilities

• Record assets based on approved CAPEX investments budget, in proper cost center, proper assets clarification
• Ensure adjustments on Purchase Price Allocation are aligned with the US GAAP push-down entries
• Record depreciation consistently (US GAAP and Local GAAP)
• Support and record fixed assets transfers correctly and timely (US GAAP and Local GAAP)

About you

• Degree in Accountancy and/or its equivalent
• At least 5 years experience in Fixed assets (FA) in a manufacturing environment
• SAP (ECC6) for FA module is a must
• Excellent grasp of Fixed Assets (Property Plant and Equipment) Accounting both for US GAAP and IFRS
• Proficiency in Excel and other automation program
• Excellent communication skills for cross functional business partnership
• Organized, resourceful, self starter, collaborative and with sense of urgency
