Job summary

Makati Life Nurture Medical Center Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Fixed Asset Associate to maintain the asset register, record acquisitions, and conduct regular verifications across departments.

You will support depreciation schedules, asset reconciliations, and proper documentation, collaborating with Finance and Procurement. Prior hospital experience is an advantage for this role in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Organized, analytical, and able to handle confidential financial information.
• Experience in fixed assets, accounting, inventory, or administrative functions.
• Hospital or healthcare industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the fixed asset register and related records.
• Record acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and movements of hospital assets.
• Conduct regular physical inventory and asset verification across departments.
• Tag and monitor fixed assets to ensure proper identification and accountability.
• Reconcile physical asset counts with accounting records and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and various hospital departments regarding asset transactions.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to fixed assets.
• Assist in depreciation schedules and other fixed asset accounting activities.
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of asset-related documents.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

About the role
