Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Supply Support specialist in Manila to ensure the execution of dispatch plans by coordinating vehicle supply and confirming truck assignments. The role bridges planning and execution by validating real-time commitments while supporting operations with accurate data input, tracking, and reporting.

Key responsibilities include daily communications with agencies, updating trackers, and escalating gaps to ensure smooth dispatch and KPI achievement in critical hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with agencies to confirm manpower dispatch based on plan
• Update live trackers to reflect confirmed headcount and status
• Escalate no-shows, delays, or under-commitments to agencies
• Coordinate with Operations on deployment and manpower/truck status
• Log deployments and recovery actions during shortfalls and emergencies
• Ensure site and personnel readiness during Go-lives or ramp up
• Ensure asset/truck readiness and communicate with maintenance for repairs and escalations
