Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Warehouse Support role in Manila to help monitor inventory, assign daily tasks, and document inbound transactions. You will perform initial delivery checks, report discrepancies, and maintain accurate transfer records.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required.
1–2 years’ experience in warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce operations preferred.
Exposure to warehouse tools, processes, and inventory systems is an advantage.
Detail-oriented and organized; able to follow standard procedures consistently.
Willing to work in Taguig on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

Assist in monitoring the inventory process to ensure items are received, checked, and moved to the next stage within set timelines.
Support in assigning daily tasks to warehouse staff as directed by the Warehouse Shift Lead.
Conduct initial checks on deliveries and report discrepancies to the Shift Lead or appropriate department.
Ensure timely documentation of received items and internal transfers.
Maintain accurate records of inbound transactions for tracking and reporting.
Help track attendance and task completion during the shift.
Assist the Shift Lead in compiling performance data and shift reports.
Promote adherence to safety and warehouse guidelines during operations.
