Job summary

Shopee in Manila is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inventory control, ensure items are received, checked, and moved on schedule, and maintain accurate inbound records.

You will assist the Shift Lead by assigning daily tasks to warehouse staff, performing delivery checks, reporting discrepancies, and upholding safety and warehouse guidelines.

This full-time on-site role requires flexibility for shifting schedules and readiness to be assigned to various sites within the Manila area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree obtained.
• 1–2 years in warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
• Familiarity with warehouse tools, processes, and inventory systems.
• Detail-oriented and organized; follow procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Willing to work shifting schedules.
• Willing to be assigned to Saimsim and Silangan, Calamba Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring the inventory process to ensure items are received, checked, and moved to the next stage within the set timelines.
• Support in assigning daily tasks to warehouse staff as directed by the Warehouse Shift Lead.
• Conduct initial checks on deliveries and report any discrepancies to the Shift Lead or appropriate department.
• Ensure timely documentation of received items and internal transfers.
• Maintain accurate records of inbound transactions for tracking and reporting.
• Help track attendance and task completion during the shift.
• Assist the Shift Lead in compiling performance data and shift reports.
• Promote adherence to safety and warehouse guidelines during operations.
