Job summary

Shopee in Manila is seeking a hands-on RC operations administrator to assist day-to-day activities in manpower allocation, parcel sorting, and linehaul loading.

You will support RC performance monitoring, create and validate reports, assist customer support with escalations, and drive process improvements to raise productivity and ensure smooth payment processing. You will also coordinate with agency teams and support ongoing RC operations across hubs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day RC operations including manpower allocation, linehaul receiving.
• Validation and inspection, sorting of parcels and bulkies to designated hubs and linehaul loading.
• Support monitoring of RC performance by ensuring high productivity and efficient achievement of RC KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate RC reports.
• Assist the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance RC productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and associated payment processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks as required to support RC operations.
