Job summary

PalmPay in Taguig's BGC area is hiring a Sales Operations professional to provide end-to-end operational support for the fintech sales team. You will streamline application and onboarding processes and coordinate with Product and Sales Ops to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required inBusiness Administration, Finance, Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, support, or administrative roles.
• Experience in fintech, banking, lending, or financial services is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or fintech sales management tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including handling application and onboarding-related concerns.
• Coordinate with Product and Sales Operations teams to ensure smooth application and order processing, tracking, and completion.
• Manage day-to-day issue resolution and escalation handling, ensuring timely responses and effective solutions.
• Support sales enablement by ensuring the team has access to fintech-specific tools, processes, and resources to achieve business targets.
• Monitor and track application workflows, identifying bottlenecks and recommending process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on application status, issue resolution, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline digital processes and enhance customer and partner experience.
