PalmPay is a fast-growing fintech company expanding in the Philippines. We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate revenue growth, forge strategic partnerships, and strengthen our footprint in the Philippine fintech ecosystem.

You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging fintech products, regulatory know-how, and client relationship management to drive growth with banks, e-wallets, and enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in BD, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.
• Proven negotiation skills for high-value deals.
• Analytical thinker who translates data into action.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced fintech environment.
• Excellent English and Filipino communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic BD plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify, and close opportunities across fintech verticals (payments, wallets, lending).
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and relationships with banks and enterprise clients.
• Lead end-to-end deal cycles, including proposals and contract negotiations.
• Ensure regulatory alignment with BSP and collaborate with Compliance and Legal.
• Work with Product, Marketing, and Operations to align solutions with market needs.
• Track KPIs, CRM records, and provide leadership with forecasts and insights.
