Job summary

PalmPay is expanding its presence in the Philippines and seeking an Admin Specialist to support device finance operations in Manila. The role focuses on safeguarding efficient admin workflows across operations, sales, and finance teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. This position offers full-time, on-site work in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
• 1–3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in device finance, consumer lending, or fintech operations.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to operations, sales, collections, and finance teams.
• Manage office operations, documentation, and record-keeping, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management and team members.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards as required by management.
• Support onboarding, HR coordination, and employee record maintenance.
• Ensure proper filing, archiving, and retrieval of operational documents and records.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and partners for administrative needs.
• Assist in process improvements and workflow optimizations across departments.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
