Job summary

PalmPay Financing Corp. is seeking a Sales Associate to drive growth by promoting mobile financing solutions and onboarding customers at retail outlets in Taguig. You will engage with merchants and customers to expand PalmPay’s services while adhering to sales guidelines and KYC requirements.

The role emphasizes active customer engagement, product explanation, and accurate onboarding in a fast-paced retail setting. Strong communication and negotiation abilities are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in sales from well-known fintech company such as HomeCredit, Skyro, Salmon, BillEase.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with daily customer interaction.
• Basic understanding of consumer lending and mobile phone markets (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement. Actively approach and engage walk‑in customers at retail outlets or assigned areas to promote PalmPay’s financing and payment solutions.
• Product Promotion. Explain product features, payment plans, eligibility criteria, and financing terms clearly and professionally.
• Onboarding & Documentation. Assist customers with application submission, digital onboarding, and required documentation.
• Merchant Prospecting. Identify and target key merchants across various market segments for PalmPay’s Pay with Transfer, merchant loans, and online payment solutions.
• Relationship Management. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, customers, and store staff to ensure long‑term adoption and satisfaction.
• Compliance. Ensure adherence to PalmPay’s sales guidelines, customer verification processes, and KYC requirements
