Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Operations Manager to join our fast-growing fintech organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and seamless collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, has a strong analytical mindset, and is passionate about building scalable processes that support business growth.

Core Responsibilities

Oversee real-time monitoring of operational and financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and risks.
Translate data into actionable insights, driving continuous improvement across business functions.
Partner with product and engineering teams to enhance data visibility and reporting infrastructure.

Full-Link SOP Development

Design, implement, and standardize end-to-end SOPs across the fintech lifecycle (onboarding, KYC, transaction processing, compliance, customer support).
Ensure operational workflows are efficient, compliant, and aligned with industry best practices.
Regularly audit and refine SOPs to adapt to evolving regulatory and market conditions.

Sales Support

Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide operational enablement, ensuring smooth client onboarding and transaction execution.
Develop tools, processes, and playbooks that empower sales to meet and exceed targets.
Act as a bridge between sales, product, and operations to resolve bottlenecks and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within fintech, banking, or financial services.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (SQL, Excel, BI dashboards).
Proven track record of developing SOPs and scaling operational processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of fintech regulations, compliance standards, and risk management practices is a plus.
