Job summary

First Circle is seeking a hands-on Sales Operations Manager to support our growing 200-person sales team in the Philippines. You will analyze performance, optimize processes, and build tools to help the team close more deals.

The role requires 4+ years in operations or analytics (fintech/tech preferred), a Bachelor's degree in business or related fields, and strong SQL/data skills. We offer hybrid work (2 days in BGC, rest remote) with benefits like HMO, catered lunches, and allowances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Management, STEM or similar field.
• 4+ years of work experience in an operations or analytics role in finance/fintech/tech.
• Experience in a sales operations team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reporting on sales team performance
• Conducting ad hoc analysis and investigations to identify opportunities for improvement
• Designing new solutions to problems that we haven’t solved
• Refining existing processes to make them run smoother or faster
• Executing (and ideally automating) recurring processes
