PalmPay Financing Corp. is seeking a Sales Associate to promote mobile financing and payment solutions, onboard customers, and ensure compliance with sales guidelines. You will engage with clients and merchants, promoting PalmPay services and driving adoption in a dynamic retail environment.

Ideal candidates have fintech sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle daily customer interactions while maintaining a focus on compliance and quality onboarding processes.

Formación

• Prior sales experience in fintech companies such as HomeCredit, Skyro, Salmon, or BillEase.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced retail environment with daily customer interaction.
• Basic understanding of consumer lending and mobile phone markets (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Actively engage walk-in customers at retail outlets to promote PalmPay’s financing and payment solutions.
• Explain product features, payment plans, eligibility criteria, and financing terms clearly and professionally.
• Assist customers with application submission, digital onboarding, and required documentation.
• Identify and target key merchants for PalmPay’s Pay with Transfer and online payment solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with merchants, customers, and store staff.
• Ensure adherence to PalmPay’s sales guidelines, customer verification processes, and KYC requirements.
