Job summary

PalmPay is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead a field sales team across Cavite and Batangas. You will supervise reps, deploy targets, and ensure strong in-store execution and merchant relationships. Travel frequently to maintain market presence and performance.

The role requires a degree in business or marketing and 3–5 years of sales experience, including leadership, with preference for retail, consumer finance, telecommunications, or FMCG sectors.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years sales experience; 1–2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Experience in Retail, Consumer Finance, Telecommunications, or FMCG; mobile/electronics sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and manage a team of Field Sales Representatives within the assigned area.
• Break down regional targets into individual goals and monitor progress to meet sales and activation targets.
• Conduct regular visits to partner merchant stores to check product visibility and in-store execution.
