Job summary

PalmPay is seeking a Sales Agent to promote mobile financing solutions and onboard customers within a dynamic retail environment. You will engage walk-in customers, explain product terms, and support digital onboarding while ensuring compliance with KYC requirements.

You will build relationships with merchants and customers, driving adoption of PalmPay’s services through effective product promotion and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in sales from well-known fintech company such as HomeCredit, Skyro, Salmon, BillEase.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with daily customer interaction.
• Basic understanding of consumer lending and mobile phone markets (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Actively approach and engage walk-in customers at retail outlets or assigned areas to promote PalmPay’s financing and payment solutions.
• Explain product features, payment plans, eligibility criteria, and financing terms clearly and professionally.
• Assist customers with application submission, digital onboarding, and required documentation.
• Identify and target key merchants across various market segments for PalmPay’s Pay with Transfer, merchant loans, and online payment solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, customers, and store staff to ensure long-term adoption and satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to PalmPay’s sales guidelines, customer verification processes, and KYC requirements.
