Job summary

Maya in the Philippines is seeking an energetic professional to manage merchant aftersales, validate transactions, and support settlements. You will deliver on merchant requests, identify gaps, and collaborate with support teams to resolve issues.

This role requires a 4-year degree, at least 2 years in operations or aftersales, and familiarity with MS Office. You will gain exposure to fintech/payments in a fast-growing platform.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably with Business course.
• At least 2 years work experience related to operations and/or aftersales handling.
• Interested in developing knowledge of the Fintech/Payment Acceptance industry.
• Familiarity with MS Office Apps particularly Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of merchant aftersales particularly transaction and settlement validation and reconciliation.
• Delivery of merchant’s ad hoc requirements and requests.
• Identify issues and process gaps that may affect merchants’ transaction acceptance and settlements, and work closely with support teams to address and resolve.
• Respond and resolve merchant aftersales concerns and requests within 2 business days.
• Reduce day-to-day aftersales concerns and handling time of aftersales concerns through process improvements and automation.
• Monitoring and quick resolution of non-BAU issues that may affect processing of transactions and settlements.
• Able to work with initiative and minimal supervision.
