ezyCollect is hiring a Technical Customer Support Specialist to be the go-to problem solver for our Australian, New Zealand, and US clients. You will install and maintain complex integrations, monitor sync operations, and resolve both technical tickets and data issues with SQL expertise.

Join a collaborative, fast-moving team working across HubSpot, Intercom, and various ERP integrations. The role is based in the Philippines with Australian business hours and some flexibility for other time

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Experience supporting Australian and US clients preferred.
• Strong SQL skills for production troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience integrating with ERP/accounting platforms (e.g., Xero, NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, MYOB).
• Excellent communication skills in fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure complex integrations across multiple ERP systems.
• Monitor daily sync operations and proactively resolve issues.
• Triage and resolve technical support tickets including database queries and API failures.
• Provide inbound customer support via HubSpot and Intercom.
• Liaise with technology partners to resolve client issues.
• Use SQL to investigate data issues and validate data integrity.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
• Support clients outside regular hours when needed.
