Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group in Makati (Acadia) seeks an entry-level Fintech Support associate to provide first-line client support for trading technology and collateral management. You will handle incidents, requests, and onboarding, with a focus on clear communication and rapid issue resolution.

The role offers learning opportunities in trading technology, cross-functional collaboration, and growth within the Post Trade division and Client Services team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer support is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in Financial Services / Trading Support is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field preferred.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of IT terminologies and ability to translate technical language.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the highest levels of service are delivered to clients
• Provide telephone and email-based customer support
• Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis, resolving at first contact whenever possible
• Assess the impact and urgency of cases and gather information for the request
• Resolve all customer issues quickly and efficiently and keep customers updated
• Maintain accurate records of activity throughout the lifecycle of a case
• Manage escalations through other teams with high-quality feedback
• Work with Service Management to maintain excellent service including handover to US
• Develop technical understanding across all products
• Support project work and continuous improvement of team processes
