Job summary

PalmPay, a leading fintech, is expanding its Philippines operations. We seek an experienced Operations Manager to oversee real-time data monitoring, drive insights, and standardize SOPs across the fintech lifecycle, including onboarding, KYC, transactions, and compliance.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and sales to improve data visibility, enable seamless client onboarding, and scale operational processes while ensuring regulatory alignment and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, ideally fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI dashboards.
• Proven track record of developing SOPs and scaling operational processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of fintech regulations, compliance standards, and risk management is a plus.
• Collaborative, innovative, and mission-driven work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee real-time monitoring of operational and financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and risks.
• Translate data into actionable insights to drive improvements across functions.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to enhance data visibility and reporting.
• Design, implement, and standardize end-to-end SOPs across the fintech lifecycle (onboarding, KYC, transaction processing, compliance, customer support).
• Ensure workflows are efficient, compliant, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Regularly audit and refine SOPs to adapt to evolving regulatory and market conditions.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide operational enablement, ensuring smooth client onboarding and transaction execution.
• Develop tools, processes, and playbooks that empower sales to meet and exceed targets.
• Act as a bridge between sales, product, and operations to resolve bottlenecks and enhance customer experience.
