Payreto is seeking a Business Development Associate in the Philippines to drive lead generation, email campaigns, and client onboarding with a focus on fintech and payments. You will learn the Payreto business deeply and interact with executives worldwide.

The role emphasizes curiosity, learning, and market analysis, offering exposure to product discussions while developing sales and marketing materials.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Legal Management, and Communication.
• 1–3 years experience in selling services or exposure in Payments, software selling.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, experience in G Suite (Google).
• Very strong communication verbal and written skills.
• Outstanding cognitive, comprehension, and strong analytical skills.
• Proven business acumen and tenacity to persist without immediate success.
• Proven networker – good at meeting people and exploring synergies.
• Strong interest in Fintech/ Financial Services and KYC.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Generate leads or contacts for each specific industry Payreto is servicing.
• Create email spiels / approaches / direct marketing content to tap on cold leads.
• Send an intro email and set appointments with leads and partners.
• Nurture a lead from initial contact until they sign an agreement with Payreto.
• Understand Payreto products and services and answer inquiries from C-level executives.
• Engage in process discussions with leads for service offerings of Payreto.
• Own the sales process and ensure inquiries are handled.
• Prepare NDA, broker agreements, contracts.
• Support sales operations, update databases and pipelines.
• Gain understanding of payment and financial services topics.
• Manage handover of signed clients from sales to operations.
• Assist in developing presentations, marketing content, brochures, and other materials.
