Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or related roles.
• 2–3 years in FinTech, digital payments, e-wallets, SaaS, or related industries preferred.
• Proven experience handling enterprise clients and strategic partnerships.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BD strategies aligned with revenue and growth objectives.
• Identify new markets, customers, merchants, and strategic partners.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Generate leads through direct prospecting, referrals, networking, events, partnerships.
• Promote FinTech and payment solutions including digital payments, e-wallets, gateways.
• Identify and develop partnerships with banks, merchants, e-commerce, tech firms.
• Manage end-to-end BD and sales cycle from lead qualification through contract and implementation.
• Conduct client discovery meetings and prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and models.
• Coordinate with Compliance, AML, Legal, Risk, and InfoSec for regulatory alignment.
• Lead, coach, and develop BD and Sales personnel as assigned.
