• Develop and executes assigned area sales strategies, action plans, and initiatives to consistently achieve sales targets.
• Analyze market conditions, competitors' activities, merchant potential, and customer trends to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies.
• Develops and implements performance improvement strategies for underperforming Sales Personnel while recognizing and reinforcing high-performing individuals and teams.
• Provides regular coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance to Sales associates to strengthen sales capabilities, improve execution, and develop a high-performing sales team.
