Job summary

Infinit-O in Pasay, Philippines, is seeking a Financial Controller (Senior Associate) to lead a team and ensure accurate financial reporting with timely delivery. The role emphasizes SOP development, performance reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will train staff, monitor workloads, and maintain data integrity while building strong client relationships to deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting/finance with 2–3 years of financial reporting experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office; advanced Excel skills.
• CPA certification is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Financial Controllers.
• Build strong client relationships.
• Train staff on processes and software systems.
• Monitor performance and conduct evaluations.
• Develop workflows and SOPs for reporting.
• Maintain schedules and balanced workloads.
• Resolve complex issues and provide guidance.
• Collaborate with other departments for efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
• Prepare regular performance and quality reports.
