Infinnum is seeking a Team Leader (Accounting Supervisor) for Integrated Financial Reporting Services in the Philippines. Lead planning, execution, and delivery of financial reporting engagements, oversee PFRS-compliant statements, and drive client satisfaction and service quality.
The role requires leadership, client management, and operational excellence, with a focus on developing accounting professionals and strengthening team performance.
We are looking for a Team Leader (Accounting Supervisor) – Integrated Financial Reporting Services to lead the delivery of high-quality financial reporting services, manage client engagements, and develop a team of accounting professionals.
This role is ideal for an experienced Accounting or Finance professional who is ready to take the next step in leadership and wants to combine technical accounting expertise with people management, client management, and operational leadership.
As a Team Leader, you will oversee assigned client engagements and ensure that financial reporting deliverables are accurate, timely, compliant, and aligned with agreed service standards.
You will work closely with clients, accounting teams, and management while driving team performance, service quality, and continuous improvement.
Financial Reporting & Operations
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned financial reporting engagements.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
Review and analyze financial statements, management reports, and other accounting deliverables.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of client deliverables in accordance with agreed procedures and service standards.
Identify accounting and operational issues, analyze root causes, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Monitor project timelines, productivity, utilization, and budgeted hours.
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
Team Leadership & People Management
Lead, supervise, coach, and mentor Senior Accounting Associates and other team members.
Review team members' work and ensure compliance with established quality standards.
Set clear objectives, expectations, and deliverables for the team.
Monitor team performance through established metrics and performance evaluations.
Provide regular coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding activities.
Facilitate team meetings to discuss goals, performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives.
Client & Account Management
Lead the execution and delivery of assigned client engagements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
Ensure client deliverables, project milestones, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
Address client issues and concerns and provide timely, practical recommendations.
Prepare and review monthly financial reports and management dashboards.
Facilitate client satisfaction (CSAT) activities and identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.
Coordinate client sign-offs, completion reports, billing requirements, and other account-related activities.
Business & Performance Management
Monitor the financial performance and profitability of assigned engagements.
Ensure actual time charges remain within approved/budgeted hours.
Monitor annual revenue portfolio against approved budgets.
Identify and recommend actions to improve project profitability, productivity, and service quality.
Participate in management discussions and provide insights on team and account performance.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or a related field.
With relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting, or professional accounting services.
Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
Experience in reviewing financial statements and management reports.
Proven experience in team supervision, people management, or project leadership.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and client requirements.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
Experience in a client-service or professional services environment is an advantage.
