Infinnum is seeking a Team Leader (Accounting Supervisor) for Integrated Financial Reporting Services in the Philippines. Lead planning, execution, and delivery of financial reporting engagements, oversee PFRS-compliant statements, and drive client satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or a related field.
• With relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting, or professional accounting services.
• Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
• Experience in reviewing financial statements and management reports.
• Proven experience in team supervision, people management, or project leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and client requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
• Experience in a client-service or professional services environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned financial reporting engagements.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
• Review and analyze financial statements, management reports, and other accounting deliverables.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of client deliverables in accordance with agreed procedures and service standards.
• Identify accounting and operational issues, analyze root causes, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Monitor project timelines, productivity, utilization, and budgeted hours.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, supervise, coach, and mentor Senior Accounting Associates and other team members.
• Review team members' work and ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Set clear objectives, expectations, and deliverables for the team.
• Monitor team performance through established metrics and performance evaluations.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding activities.
• Facilitate team meetings to discuss goals, performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives.
• Lead the execution and delivery of assigned client engagements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
• Ensure client deliverables, project milestones, and SLAs are met.
• Address client issues and concerns and provide timely, practical recommendations.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports and management dashboards.
• Facilitate CSAT activities and identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.
• Coordinate client sign-offs, completion reports, billing requirements, and other account-related activities.
• Monitor the financial performance and profitability of assigned engagements.
• Ensure actual time charges remain within approved/budgeted hours.
• Monitor annual revenue portfolio against approved budgets.
• Identify and recommend actions to improve project profitability, productivity, and service quality.
• Participate in management discussions and provide insights on team and account performance.
