Job summary

Infinit-O Group is seeking a highly skilled Fund Accounting Lead to drive financial excellence across our Private Equity funds in Pasay, Metro Manila. You will partner with Fund Controllers to deliver institutional-grade data, transparency, and reporting while leading a dedicated team of fund accountants.

You will oversee NAV calculations, complex waterfall models, and quarterly statements, while identifying process improvements to optimize our accounting ecosystems and client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fund accounting or fund administration, with private equity focus.
• Experience with capital calls, waterfalls, and NAV reconciliations required.
• 1–3 years of direct supervisory or team-management experience.
• CPA or progress toward CPA/CFA is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; good communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end NAV calculation and production.
• Reconcile cash, positions, and trial balances with fund administrators.
• Review income allocations and partner statements.
• Lead month-end close and prepare audit-ready statements.
• Develop SOPs and implement new accounting tools.
• Mentor team members and monitor KPIs.
• Enable data-driven decisions with PE metrics (IRR, TVPI, RVPI, DPI).
