Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a Senior Associate in the Philippines to prepare, review, and deliver assigned processes within strict time frames. You will coordinate with onshore and offshore teams, maintain documentation, and ensure accuracy across sub-processes and deliverables.

The role requires strong fund accounting understanding, valuation of financial products, and excellent English communication. Expect a detail-oriented, proactive team player who can manage multiple tasks and adhere to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Understanding of general fund accounting.
• Understanding and valuation of financial products including equities, fixed income, options, swap futures and forwards.
• Excellent English, oral and written communication.
• High attention to detail.
• Can work with minimal supervision and deliver high quality output.
• Must be highly organized and with excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize activities effectively.
• Must be proactive, motivated, detail-oriented, a team player and knows how to work with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and metrics.
• The candidate should show the ability to use basic to intermediate formulas in excel.
• Willing to report on a mid-shift or late mid-shift schedule: 3PM-12AM / 6PM to 3AM
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Financial Management, Economics, or other related business or financial course.
• At least 1 year experience from a multinational company or a investment related work would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and complete assigned processes and deliverables within a predetermined time set forth in the work allocation.
• Ensure sub processes pertaining to the assigned processes and deliverables are completed with accuracy
• Ensure that assigned deliverables are prepared and completed in conjunction to its reviewer schedule.
• Monitor completion of processes and deliverables in each process workflow.
• Work load must be planned for the day to identify issues and delays that may cause interruptions in the completion of deliverables.
• Senior Associate is expected to properly communicate with onshore counterparts, custodians, brokers, administrators and regulatory agencies to query, escalate and resolve issues pertaining to the processes and deliverables assigned.
• Should be aware and perform the standard procedure of a proper hand off, both offshore and onshore.
• Ensure completeness of process documentation.
• Any related process as required by both onshore and offshore teams.
