Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Economics, Accounting or related field.
At least 2 years' experience in multinational company or banking-related work.
Understanding of general fund accounting.
Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and complete assigned deliverables on schedule.
Coordinate with onshore counterparts, custodians, brokers, and regulators to resolve issues.
Support team lead in onboarding, training, and developing associates.
Mentor associates and ensure understanding of team processes.
Assist in process improvements and documentation upkeep.
Serve as back-up resource during short-staffing.
