Job summary

Infinit-O in Pasay, Philippines, is seeking a Financial Controller (Senior Associate) to lead a team and ensure accurate financial reporting with timely delivery. The role emphasizes SOP development, performance reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will train staff, monitor workloads, and maintain data integrity while building strong client relationships to deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting/finance with 2–3 years of financial reporting experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office; advanced Excel skills.
• CPA certification is a major plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of Financial Controllers (Associate and Senior Associate), ensuring daily tasks and projects are completed accurately and on time.
• Build strong relationships with the client.
• Train new team members on processes, procedures, and software systems.
• Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline Financial Reporting processes.
• Maintain schedules and assignments, ensuring workload distribution is balanced and deadlines are met.
• Resolve complex issues or escalated inquiries from team members, providing guidance and solutions as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments or teams to enhance (functional / departmental) processes and cross-functional efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with data integrity and security policies, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Prepare regular reports on team performance metrics, productivity, and quality standards.

Job Requirements and Credentials:

• Graduate of Accounting, Financial Management or have a business degree with 12 units of accounting. CPA certification is a major plus.
• 2-3 years experience in handling Financial Reporting with at least 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite with Intermediate Excel skills. (Can use the functions vlookup, if, and, or, sumif and pivot tables)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership qualities with a positive and motivational approach to managing a team.
