Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Financial Reporting Supervisor in the Philippines to lead a team responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting. You will supervise, coordinate with clients, and ensure efficient closing procedures.

The role requires 2–3 years in financial reporting, 1–2 years in a supervisory role, strong Excel skills, and a client-facing mindset. CPA is a strong plus and you will work to maintain robust SOPs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting, Financial Management, or a business-related degree.
• 2–3 years of Financial Reporting experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Hands-on exposure to month-end closing.
• Experience with accruals, prepayments, bank reconciliation, and intercompany accounting.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in a client-facing environment.
• CPA certification is a strong advantage.
• Intermediate Excel skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team handling financial reporting activities.
• Oversee month-end closing and related accounting processes.
• Ensure accurate handling of accruals, prepayments, bank reconciliations, and intercompany accounting.
• Monitor team performance, workload, quality, and deadlines.
• Resolve accounting and reporting issues and provide guidance to team members.
• Communicate directly with clients and address their concerns or requirements.
• Improve workflows and maintain effective accounting processes and SOPs.
